I found the hotel well-located, right on a bustling street. The staff were helpful, offering directions and advice about local attractions. Breakfast had a good selection of food items. Luggage storage was available upon my early arrival (very convenient!).
The ride up was bumpy. This, especially with luggage.

I found it helpful that the hotel stored luggage before check-in and after check-out , allowing more time to explore. I especially appreciated having a restaurant on site for convenience after a long day.
The street noise was noticeable late into the night. I suggest bringing earplugs.

the staff arranged wonderful picnic bags for our early excursions. the staff members were very friendly and always ready to help. i was very impressed with the service.
the noise from the nearby metro was noticeable. the vibrations could be felt slightly in the bed as the metro passed. it could be disruptive for light sleepers.

I secured a room upgrade with a large balcony. This addition provided a great space. The hotel's location proved very convenient, with access to many attractions. It served well as a stopover before my cruise.
My room faced the back of the hotel. This meant it overlooked building roofs, disappointing. The shower lacked a door, resulting in a wet floor after each use.

The room was spacious and clean i requested a quiet room, and i got one facing away from the main street it was so silent i could sleep perfectly. the staff was friendly and always ready to help. i appreciated their assistance with directions and recommendations.
I sometimes used the stairs instead.
